This website is operated by Nicolas Foran, NZBN 9429053105301. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ELMS Society.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent/guardian, to purchase from our store.

3. Products & Availability

  • We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occur.

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock shortages.

  • You will receive confirmation once your order is accepted.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • For customers located in New Zealand, prices include GST (if applicable).

  • For overseas customers, prices do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes. These are your responsibility.

  • Where required by law (for example, in the EU, UK, or Australia), VAT/GST or other taxes may be collected at checkout.

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped.

  • We accept payments through [list payment gateways – e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay].

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within New Zealand and internationally.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
